Overall - Poignant, evocative and even-handed coming of age story about a young Indian maths prodigy growing up in 1980s Wales. I will be intrigued to see what Lalwani does next.

In 2008 I read 54 books. In 2009 I aimed to read 60, but I also started making notes as I write, and was amazed how much that slowed me down (as well as how much I got out of it).
